Pogo is the number one casual game site on the web and their passionate community had outgrown the site's social offering.
Through a process of ideation, research and a small forest of paper protypes, our team re-tuned the site to increase engagement and self-expression with game-like interactions and the introduction of a reputation and rewards system.

Cornell Univeristy- eBird
Ebird provides a simple way to keep track of the birds one sees anywhere in North America. Scientists use this data to uncover patterns in bird movements and ranges across the continent.
This project pioneered the concept of "Citizen Science" online and is largely responsible for Cornell University's designation as a Citizen Science Center of Excellence by the National Science Foundation.
